Position overview

This role sits within the Project Management team and will be responsible for supporting the Business Unit team in the delivery of customer projects. The main focus will be on supporting the Project Managers on UK, European and Global deployments of technical solutions, to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for successful delivery. Further focus will be on liaising with customers on their “small-work’s” projects and ensuring work is delivered in full.

This will be a vital role to the business, as understanding the project deliverables, scopes and financials are key to the project success. The candidate must demonstrate agile and reactionary responses of the above both internally and externally.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintenance and updating the company Salesforce
  • Work closely with other Project Managers to resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Work with Project team to plan resources and scheduled proactively and efficiently
  • Manage multiple dispatches with the resource department and third-party vendors
  • Communication and documentation for both vendors and customers
  • Manage project deliverables
  • Manage project budgets
  • Vendor management
  • Work closely with Resources department to introduce new engineers to the team when required
  • Build and develop on-going quality measurements for projects, based customer feedback
  • Reviewing, improving and documenting processes and paperwork with Project Management Operations team
  • Adherence to company CRM tools
  • Salesforce
  • Autotask

Previous Experience

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced project/business/maintenance co-ordination role
  • Understanding of Computer Networking/IT (desirable)
