Position Title: IT Service Desk Support Analyst

This is a brand-new position in Hutchinson Networks newly created IT Service Desk. The IT Support Analyst will be part of a small team and will be the primary contact for logging, triaging and resolving Incidents and requests and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
You will provide assistance with desktop hardware, software and other related technologies and elevate to 2nd/3rd line support as required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a technical support desk. The key skills and experience for this role are as follows.
