Position Overview

This position will be responsible for working within the Global Resource team to coordinate the existing resource database and the continued expansion of key skills globally. It will also be accountable for the efficient fulfilment of projects, ensuring Hutchinson Networks’ systems and database are up to date with correct information, the identification and engagement of suitable resources.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Matching scopes of work to suitable skillsets, and engaging with relevant contractors
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing and new resources
  • Reaching out to new contractors to fulfil business needs
  • Regular communication and interaction with resource pool
  • Managing relevant data in company CRM system (Salesforce), including project/financial information
  • Working with Sales team members to develop a resource solution for projects
  • Attendance at inter-departmental meetings

Previous Experience

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced B2B environment
  • BA (Hons) Degree (no specific field) (desirable)
  • Supplier management (desirable)
