Position Overview

As a member of the Global Partner Engagement team you will be responsible for matching the right technical partner to programmes of work for one or more of our key accounts. You will engage with our existing partners, taking ownership to building strong lasting relationships and ensure we are securing the right partner for any suitable future work. Forward planning is essential in this role and you will be across the pipeline of work confident we have the needed skills globally or working to bring new partners on-board.

How will you be successful in this role?

Whilst any technical knowledge is helpful, it’s not essential as full training and on-going support will be given. You will be willing to learn, organised and with strong communication skills you’ll enjoy talking to people. This will be a busy role, so you’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!

Responsibilities Include

  • Taking ownership to match scopes of work to suitable skillsets, and engaging with relevant partners
  • Creating and managing on-going partner relationships
  • Working with the wider team to plan large programmes of work
  • Ensuring all partner details are kept up to date on the system
  • Proactively sourcing new partners
  • Attendance at inter-departmental meetings

what we're looking for in you

Previous Experience

  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships
  • Project planning experience is desirable
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced B2B environment
  • BA (Hons) Degree (no specific field) (desirable)
  • Supplier management (desirable)
